Product Introduction 

This system is composed of pressure elements, control valves, controller, display screen and a special stainless steel support frame. The metering statics can be performed through the integrated microcomputer controller. The metering and weighing process is along with the whole suction and discharging process. 
The controller will perform the metering and weighing. At the same time, the weight and cumulative weight for per round, and the weight difference will all be displayed on the screen. The vacuum conveying system will work automatically, until the target weight is reached. 
During the weighing/conveying process, the controlled equipment include: vacuum pump, vibrating system, discharging valve, assisted air intake valve, etc. 
The control panel can also be installed in the central control area or connected with the control system in the factory.
